Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

1. Introduction

IvyIvy Tools (tools.ivyivy.com) operates as part of the IvyIvy digital network (ivyivy.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our free, client-side developer utilities. Our guiding rule is simple: your work stays on your device.

2. Client-Side Only Data Architecture

All code, text, HTML, CSV, and JSON data you enter into our tools stays exclusively in your browser — in memory and, where the feature explicitly offers persistence, in your own browser LocalStorage.

  • No payload transmission: tool inputs are never sent to our servers for processing.
  • No server logging: we do not log, store, or inspect the content you paste into the editors.
  • No accounts required: there is nothing to sign up for and no profile to retain.
  • You stay in control: clearing site data or closing the tab removes locally kept drafts from your device.

The only data that leaves your browser in normal use is the standard, minimal network traffic needed to load the site itself (and, separately, the third-party services described below).

3. Third-Party Services

To keep these utilities free, we may display ads and measure aggregate usage with third-party providers. These providers operate under their own privacy policies:

  • Google AdSense: Google may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You can manage ad personalization in your Google Ad Settings. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
  • Analytics: if enabled, privacy-conscious analytics may collect aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics (e.g. pages visited, device type) via cookies or similar technologies. No tool input content is included in analytics payloads.
  • Outbound links: following links to ivyivy.com, finfree.ivyivy.com, or any other external site is subject to that site's own policy.

You can block cookies at any time in your browser settings; the core in-browser tools continue to work without them.
