• Output is generated locally in your browser; we make no guarantee of correctness, completeness, or fitness for production use.
• Code execution previews (such as HTML / JavaScript preview) run in a client-side sandbox for convenience. Review untrusted code carefully — we offer no guarantee of execution security beyond that client sandbox.
• We may change, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the tools to process or generate unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe other users, or circumvent security controls.
• You are responsible for the content you input and for how you use generated output (including SQL, converted data, or previewed code).

4. Intellectual Property

The site's design, branding, and original copy are owned by the IvyIvy network and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Content you input into the tools remains yours — because it never leaves your browser, we claim no rights over it. You may freely use output generated on your own device, subject to the rights of any third-party material you pasted in.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IvyIvy Tools and the IvyIvy network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) these free utilities, including any loss of data on your own device.
